Step 2: Upload Your Pet's Photo 📸
Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet during checkout. Front-facing or slightly angled shots work best. You can upload multiple photos to help our artists capture every adorable detail. We'll review your photo and reach out if we need anything else.
Step 3: Our Artists Get to Work ✏️
Once your order is confirmed, one of our talented artists will begin crafting your portrait by hand. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail — we don't use AI or templates. This step typically takes 5–7 business days.
Step 4: Review & Approve ✅
When your portrait is ready, we'll send you a preview for approval. Love it? Great! Want a tweak? No problem — we offer free revisions until you're 100% happy. We won't finalize anything until you give us the thumbs up.
Step 5: Receive Your Artwork 🐾💌
Once approved, your portrait is on its way! Digital files are delivered to your inbox within 24 hours. Physical prints and canvases are carefully packaged and shipped to your door within 3–5 business days. We ship worldwide!
