What types of pets do you create portraits for?

All of them! Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, horses, guinea pigs — if you love them, we'll paint them. 🐾

What styles are available?

We offer a variety of styles including watercolor, oil painting, digital illustration, pencil sketch, and pop art. You can choose your preferred style when placing your order.

Can I order a portrait with multiple pets?

Absolutely! We love multi-pet portraits. Just select the number of pets when ordering, and upload a photo of each one.

Photos

What makes a good photo for a portrait?

The best photos are clear, well-lit, and show your pet's face and features. Avoid blurry or dark images. Front-facing or slightly angled shots work best. Don't worry — we'll let you know if we need a better photo before we start.

Can I send multiple photos?

Yes! Feel free to send a few photos so our artists can capture your pet's best features and personality.

Turnaround & Revisions

How long does it take to complete a portrait?

Most portraits are completed within 5–7 business days. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes! We offer free revisions until you're completely happy with your portrait. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Delivery

Do you offer digital and physical prints?

Both! You can order a high-resolution digital file (delivered via email), a printed canvas or poster, or a framed print. Options are available at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Digital files are delivered within 24 hours of approval. Physical prints typically ship within 3–5 business days after approval and arrive within 7–14 days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
